Things seem to be changing. First it’s the weather. Temperatures are almost 10 degrees higher than yesterday, and they are expected to rise another 10 degrees tomorrow. That’s a twenty degree change in just two days. Who says we don’t have weather here? J
Then there is real estate, during the past week, it seems like the flood gates opened. There are a large number of new listings this week. In fact, I cannot recall how long it has been since I have seen so many new listings in all of the Westside areas.
