Fall arrived last week, and this week we are expecting a couple of days of rain. It has been some time since we saw any rainfall here, which means that the roads will be extra slippery during the first significant rainfall. Among the new listings that came on the market this past week is “The Beverly House.” This is one of the largest properties within the Beverly Hills city limits. It was featured in “The Godfather” movie. In fact, it is the location of the famous “horse head” scene in the movie.
