Happy New Year! That’s a good way to start. I hope that you had a great holiday. Now it is time to get back to work. Activity is normally slow at the end of the year, and this is reflected in the small number of new listings that have come on the market in the past couple of weeks. On the other hand, I expect there to be a big spike in new listings this coming week.
