After several days of hot and dry Santa Anna wind conditions, we are experiencing beautiful sunny and mild fall-like weather. It is truly a wonderful time of year. Reviewing the activity for the past week, I see that there seems to be an increase in inventory of homes and condominiums. Additional inventory of available properties often softens prices, as there is more competition. With interest rates still low, it certainly is a good time to be looking for a home.
