Some of the local school districts began the new semester this week. Isn’t it still the middle of August? I am a proud graduate of the Los Angeles Unified School District (Palisades High-1979), and we always began the new semester in September, usually after Labor Day. What happened to summer vacation? Getting back to real estate, there are some really interesting new listings on the market this week.

1) 512 N. ROXBURY DRIVE (16-151140)
