As I may have mentioned previously, Tuesday is Broker Caravan day, when I have an opportunity to preview many of the week’s new listings. Today, my father came along with me, as I went on my tour of homes. Many years ago, in the late eighties, I had my first experience in real estate, when I assisted him in completing construction of an investment property in the area. Today was very interesting, as it reminded me of how much real estate in this area has developed in the past 25-30 years. And it was great to have my Dad with me as well!
