May is here, and spring is in the air. The weather is marvelous and refreshing. This past week I had an opportunity to view a classic 1920’s Beverly Hills estate. The estate property is set on a corner lot north of Sunset Blvd., near the Beverly Hills Hotel. It wasn’t hard to envision decades of parties and events occurring on the vast grounds covering more than an acre. In addition, there are a number of excellent new listings this week, as we enter the prime summer moving period.
