We are already in the last week of April. Can you believe it? Time is just flying by. As expected, the market seems to be heating up. There are a large number of closings and some really interesting new listings. I was able to preview a number of new listings today during broker’s open house caravan, and it was really difficult to highlight only three new listings this week.
