Let me start by wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year for you and your family. May 2016 be a wonderful new year! As you may imagine, there is very little new activity as the year winds down. On the other hand, there are quite a number of transactions closing, as buyers and sellers, who are already in escrow, complete their transactions before the end of the calendar year. As I may have previously mentioned, I expect a big increase in new listings showing up in the next week or two. We shall see soon enough.
