Valentine’s Day is tomorrow, and it seems like we are finally seeing the first signs of winter weather. Temperatures dropped 20 degrees after the weekend, and we are seeing small amounts of rain, finally. There is already talk of low water tables in the area, if we don’t see more rain in the coming months. The activity in our local real estate market seems to be moving at the same pace as last week with similar numbers of new listings as closings as last week.
