We have passed the middle of October, and Halloween is on the horizon. It is hard to miss all of the bags of candy for sale at the supermarket. J Meanwhile, there appears to have been a slight lull in the market this past week with only 11 new homes on the market. I expect to see a spike in new listings this coming week. We shall see.
