The extended heat wave is finally over. After a week of temperatures significantly above normal, the weather cooled off enough just in time for the Labor Day holiday yesterday. The long holiday weekend is also the explanation for the low number of new listings this week. In fact, this past week there were more sales in the area than new listings coming on the market.
