On the morning news there is talk about some local school districts beginning the new school year this week and more beginning next week. Back in the days when I was in school, we never began the school year before Labor Day. It is important to be aware of this since there is increased traffic and school buses in the areas where there are schools. There are a number of new listings this week ranging from some nice new condos to some estate properties.
