Today is the first of August, and we are having unusually humid weather with threats of thunder storms. The local real estate market seems to have slowed just a little bit this week. There are fewer new listings than there have been in past weeks, and I also notice an increase in price reductions. It could be a good time to negotiate an excellent deal.
