This past weekend my father celebrated his 82nd birthday. How cool is that? Yes, there was even chocolate birthday cake. J As far as the local real estate market, there continues to be a lot of activity. Now that most of the schools are out for the summer, we are moving into prime buying season. As a result, I expect there to be a steady increase in transactions in the coming weeks.
