We are in the second week of May, and this past weekend we had a winter rain storm. Now I believe that we are well into the Spring season, and yet we are having some unusual weather. We had a rain storm in the Los Angeles area, reports of hail in Orange County, and our local mountains had enough of a SNOW fall that the Highway Patrol was requiring snow chains on two-wheel drive vehicles.
