April is here, and yesterday was opening day for the Los Angeles Dodgers. It was the first opening day for the Dodgers in almost sixty years without Vin Scully calling the game. Time does move on. Springtime also brings out the buyers, as families begin to look for homes in order to be prepared to move once the school year ends. Consequently we expect to see a continued up-tick in activity in the coming weeks.
