Beverly Hills MARKETWatch, 11 New Homes & 7 Condos For Sale and 10 Properties Sold the past 7 da
Yesterday was the first day of Spring, and we are expecting rain for the next few days. The pending inclement weather has not put a damper on our local real estate market. There are many new listings that have come on the market this past week including a listing for a home in Bel Air priced under $1 million and a 25-acre estate in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $129 million. Activity in the real estate market continues to stay high, as interest rates remain relatively low, and the cost of rental properties rise.
Here are three new listings in the Beverly Hills area that I am highlighting this week. You can find the expanded information sheets and photos of these listings by clicking on the "Highlighted Properties".
1) 2680 BOWMONT DRIVE (17-212366)
The first new listing this week is a Tuscan villa located in the guard-gated Bowmont Estates in the Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) area. This newly-built two-story home has six bedrooms and seven and one half bathrooms and features a wood-paneled library, a family room, a wine cellar, a gym, a movie theater and a chef’s kitchen. The home is on a 42,174 square-foot lot with a swimming pool, a spa and a guest house. Asking price for this BHPO home is $11,995,000.
2) 1280 ANGELO DRIVE (17-211570)
The next home this week is an architectural-style home with panoramic ocean, city lights and canyon lights views located in the BHPO area. This three-story home has seven bedrooms and seven and one half bathrooms and features a luxurious master suite, a wine cellar and tasting room, a gym and a gourmet kitchen, for a total of 7,767 square feet. The home is on an 18,823 square-foot lot with an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool and a spa. Asking price for this BHPO home is $13,500,000.
3) 9505 LANIA LANE (17-211664)
The last highlighted listing this week is a Mediterranean estate, Palazzo de Amore, located in the BHPO. First, I should say, there is NOTHING else like this property in the area. This estate consists of 25 acres including a main house of more than 50,000 square feet. There is a ¼ mile private driveway up to the home. Amenities include a Turkish-style spa, a guest house, gorgeous terraced acreage, producing vineyards, a swimming pool, a spa, a tennis court and pavilion, a reflecting pool and fountain, a state-of-the-art entertainment complex with a stage, a theater, a ballroom and a bowling alley. The purchase price for this Palazzo de Amore is $129 million.
