Today is the last day of February. Where did the first two months of the year go? It seems like we were just celebrating New Year’s Eve. Perhaps it is our busy, complex and connected lives that makes time go by faster than ever. Well, next year is a leap year, so at least February will be a little longer. J Our local market remains active, and there seem to be more buyers than sellers, as inventory remains tight at the lower end of the market.
