Monday was President’s Day and the end of a long holiday weekend. The most significant occurrence during the past few days was the amount of rain that we received. After years and years of a drought, this past weekend we had the largest rain storm in the past 6 years. After years of conserving water, it seemed odd to see flooding in the streets and water everywhere. Getting back to the subject of real estate, inventory remains low, and homes are still selling quickly.
