Beverly Hills MARKETWatch, 16 New Homes & 3 Condos For Sale and 4 Properties Sold the past 7 day
After a couple of weeks of Southern California winter-like weather we are back to our comfortable mild and sunny weather. Getting off the subject of weather and onto the subject of real estate, I noticed some very interesting things while reviewing our local market. While there continues to be a number of new listings coming onto the market, overall inventory of both single family homes and condominiums is very low at the present time. I do not recall a time when I have seen so few properties available for sale. What this means to you is that there are more buyers looking for new homes than there are sellers looking to sell their homes. These conditions historically have led to both prices and the rate of increase of prices to rise. If inventory levels remain as they are now, I am expecting prices to increase more in 2017.
Here are three new listings in the Beverly Hills area that I am highlighting this week. You can find the expanded information sheets and photos of these listings by clicking on the "Highlighted Properties".
