The holidays are behind us, all the schools have started their new terms, and, of all things, winter is here! Well, the Southern California version, at least. J We are having cooler temperatures and have a chance of rain almost every day this week. Imagine that? Getting on to real estate, there continues to be more and more new listings on the market after the slowdown during the holidays.
