The first week of December is almost over, and the cold weather has finally descended upon us. In fact this past weekend, I actually wore my winter coat for the first time. I don’t think that I could actually exist living in a cold weather climate. J The real estate market is slowing down, as we are getting into the holiday season, and people are focusing more on their families than on buying or selling a home.
