Today is election day…finally. I thought that it would never get here. Regardless of who wins the election today, at least it is finally over, and we can move on. It will be nice to turn on the news and be informed about something other than the election.

Meanwhile, there are a number of new listings that came on the market this past week that we can focus on.

1) 610 TRENTON DRIVE (16-176282)

The first new listing this week is a traditional-style home located north of Santa Monica Blvd. in the prime Beverly Hills Flats. The purchase price for this Beverly Hills estate is $30 million.
