Yesterday was Halloween, and in West Hollywood, which is adjacent to Beverly Hills on the east side, we had what is called “the world’s largest Halloween party.” West Hollywood, which has a population of approx.. 35,000 people (comparable in size to Beverly Hills), welcomed almost 500,000 people to a city-wide street parade. As early as 5:00 am yesterday, there began to be major road closures in preparation for the evening festivities. I chose to stay away from the area for the day. Now, on to real estate.
