It We are nearing the end of October, and autumn-like weather has finally arrived. We had some precipitation the last two days and are expecting a real rain storm this coming Friday. Meanwhile, while viewing homes on Brokers’ caravan today, it was fun to see all of the Halloween decorations in the homes and on the streets. On to real estate, there seem to be a large variety of new listings that have come on the market this past week with some interesting homes to see.
