It is now the middle of October, and Halloween is around the corner. Soon after will be the culmination of the strangest presidential election that I can recall. However, with interest rates still low, home prices continue to rise. Evidence of this can easily be seen merely by viewing the available current listings. There are fewer and fewer properties available in the lower-priced categories, and a larger number of properties in the highest priced categories.

Thus we have a good market for buyers and sellers. A good thing for all!

1) 1658 SAN YSIDRO DRIVE (16-171044)
