It is the first week of October already. Where did the year go? It seems that as the years progress they appear to go by faster. At least we are beginning to see some autumn-like weather as the temperature is 15 degrees lower than it was last week.

Meanwhile, there are some exciting new listings this week, and, due to the month’s end, there were many closings as well.
