Today on Broker’s Caravan I had an opportunity, as usual, to view a number of brand-new listings. One of the homes that I looked at was an ocean-view home located in the Huntington Palisades. As I parked my car across the street from the home, I had a feeling of over-whelming familiarity. I realized that I was sitting in front of a house that I had been inside before. It was the home of a friend that I had known in the seventies when we were in junior and senior high school. While I haven’t seen him since I went off to college, I am wondering if his parents still own the home. :)
