Let’s just keep it simple this week and only talk about real estate. After a slow holiday week, we see an increase in new listings in the area. It now looks like interest rates are going to remain at historic lows at least through the end of the year, which will certainly keep lenders very busy.

The first new listing this week is an East Coast traditional-style home located in the Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) area.
