Morning. May gray. A term that destroys the myth of “sunny Southern California.” The reference is to the daily routine of overcast and gloomy looking weather during the month of May. Of course, by mid-afternoon it will be sunny and clear for the rest of the day. It seems like I look out the large bay window in my living room each morning and observe what appears to be another dreary day. I wonder if it will change at all in the coming week. Oh well. Enough about the weather and on to real estate. There seems to be a lot of activity with a number of interesting new listings and an increased number of closed sales.
