Beverly Hills MARKETWatch, 13 New Homes & 5 Condos For Sale and 6 Properties Sold the past 7 day

I will be brave this week and start off by talking about taxes. Ugh. However, the tax filing deadline is approaching for you to either file your 2015 income taxes or file for an extension. This year the date has been extended from April 15th until next Monday, April 18th. So, you could actually procrastinate until this coming weekend. There are a number of new listings this week that look interesting, so take a look and check them out.

1) 427 S. ELM STREET (16-111754)

The first new listing this week is a stunning Mediterranean-style home located in the heart ofBeverly Hills. 3) 44 BEVERLY PARK CIRCLE (16-113484)
