It is already the beginning of April!. Where is the year going! As I predicted last week, there was an increase in new listings coming onto the market this past week. There are many new homes to check out.

Getting off subject for a moment, let me tell you that yesterday was the first day of the Los Angeles Dodgers 2016 baseball season. It will also be the final season for the team broadcaster, Vin Scully. Scully is beginning his 67th year with the Dodgers. 67 years with the same employer! My father listened to Scully in the early fifties, when the Los Angeles Dodgers were the Brooklyn Dodgers. In the late seventies, I went to high school with Vin Scully’s son, Mike, who sat behind me in my 11th grade English class. And yes, Mike looked and sounded just like his dad. That was in 1978, and Vin Scully had already been the team announcer for close to 3 decades. Anyhow, 67 years…amazing.
