MarketWATCH Beverly Hills

From: Beverly Hills, CA

Partly cloudy and mild (72° F)

Sunday was the first day of Spring. Clearly winter passed quietly, as we never saw the rain that we had been told would be coming from our El Nino winter. April is around the corner, and our rainfall levels in the Los Angeles area still remain well below even average amounts. The El Nino winter has, in fact, brought significant rain to Northern California, but weather conditions kept most of the rainfall north of us. There was one significant noticeable effect this past winter. The surf has never been bigger. Day in and day out, the surf has been up. This past winter has been one of the best seasons for surfing, ever. We got the big waves but not the big rain storms.

Every Sunday, there are several open houses in Beverly Hills. This is a great chance to see what homes look like in your price range. Something I love to do, is visit open houses with someone looking for a home... in this way I learn what really excites you about a home, and I'm able to give you insights into the property, my perspective on value, and well as things to consider when buying a home in Beverly Hills. Would you like to join me this weekend? Simply click here to save your spot and I'll send you a list of the Open Houses and we can plan our route. 2-4pm this Sunday.
