Finally the anticipated rain of the El Nino winter has made its way to the Los Angeles area. After months of dry weather, we actually had rain storms two of the past three days, and we are expecting more rain this coming weekend. In fact, on Monday morning we had lightning and thunder so loud that it set off car alarms up and down the street. If we could all just learn to slow down while driving in the rain, it would be much safer on the local roads.

Getting on to real estate, there are a number of new and interesting listings that have come on the market in the past week. Check them out.
