Last weekend we had the Super Bowl, and this weekend we had the Los Angeles Marathon, which began downtown and came directly through Beverly Hills, Westwood and Brentwood, before finishing by the ocean in Santa Monica. In fact, the route came down Rodeo Drive, just two blocks from our office. It made for a slow Sunday, as some major streets in the area were blocked off for the race.

Subsequently, there has been an increase in new listings hitting the market in all areas. Mortgage interest rates remain low, so there are many active buyers looking for properties making for a very active local real estate market.

1) 312 EL CAMINO DRIVE (16-980061)

The first new listing this week is a Mediterranean-style home located in the heart of Beverly Hills.
