The Super Bowl was played Sunday, which made for an incredibly quiet Sunday for Open Houses in the area and probably in all areas. I expect there to be a jump in activity this week offsetting the slower weekend. The big topic of the day is the heat. Temperatures today are 20 degrees above average, with temperatures reaching 90 degrees in the valley areas. What happened to the El Nino weather we were supposed to be getting? It feels a lot more like global, or at least Los Angeles, warming to me.
