How can it be February already? Where did January go? It seems that time flies by. There is an increase in activity this week with more new listings coming on the market as well as more transactions closing. On a personal note, this past weekend my parents celebrated their sixtieth (yes, 60th) wedding anniversary. I am truly in awe!
Here are the three new listings in the Beverly Hills area that I am highlighting this week.
