Let me tell you a little about Matthew...
Matthew Greenberg began his career as a real estate consultant nearly eleven years ago after a 23-year career in the accounting field, including working as an auditor for Peat Marwick (now KPMG) before entering private industry. Subsequent experience includes Accounting manager for a real estate investment firm, Manager of Financial Appropriations for the Studio Group at Paramount Pictures and chief financial officer for an import/export firm as well as seven years of his own accounting and tax practice.
Since joining Rodeo Realty in Beverly Hills eight years ago, Matthew has specialized in helping buyers, with an emphasis in helping relocate buyers from out of the area, find homes in our local luxury home market, especially in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Westwood, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica and Malibu. Matthew has international relationships (from the many out of country buyers he has helped to relocate), and he is particularly strong in problem-solving and negotiations. One of Matthew’s more unusual real estate deals led to the Los Angeles Public Library doubling its map collection and becoming the fourth largest collector of maps in the U.S.
Matthew is a long-time Westside resident having relocated to Santa Monica in 1970, when his parents loaded the family in the car and moved across the country. Matthew received his accounting degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and real estate licensing from the state of California.
